What is MBA Student Calendar?
MBA Student Calendar is an online tool designed primarily for a daily use of 1st and 2nd year MBA students. As it name says, MBA Student Calendar is an Microsoft Outlook e-calendar with a main goal of tracking and incorporating all MBA student related events in more efficient and practical manner.
Calendar was designed by OPIM club members that leveraged their 1st year MBA experience and knowledge gained from OPIM classes. Therefore we developed a solution that, we believe, will serve UConn MBA community: students, professors and faculty members.
Classification of events
All MBA student related events are classified in 9 categories based on type of the event. For better overview each category of events is assigned a different color:

How it works?
MBA Student Calendar is administrated on a daily basis by OPIM Club member who communicates with different offices/organizations/owners of the events in order to collect and incorporate all future events related to MBA students. Accuracy of the data is extremely important so we encourage MBA students and others to report any discrepancy between MBA Student Calendar data and event details. Moreover, if MBA student or faculty member knows the event that would benefit MBA community and the event is not included in the MBA Student Calendar, we encourage him/her to communicates the event through email. Finally in order to use this tool, MBA students and other faculty members have to add MBA Student Calendar to their Microsoft Office Outlook.
Refer to http://helpspot.business.uconn.edu/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=365 to add the calendar through Microsoft Outlook web application or http://helpspot.business.uconn.edu/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=364 to add the calendar through Microsoft Outlook desktop application.
How to contact MBA Student Calendar Administrator?
